Establishment of a European fund for qualified and professional investors

As part of APF GROUP's planned expansion into the European investment market, we are pleased to announce the launch of the Notified Alternative Investment Fund (Notified Alternative Investment Fund) for qualified and professional investors. The APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C. fund, based in Malta, is a combined conservative crypto fund with a focus on investments in agricultural land, agricultural projects and agricultural land tokenisation. The funds raised through the fund will be primarily directed to the Czech Republic to support Czech agriculture.

The minimum investment amount is EUR 100.000. The fund is harmonised according to the European AIFMD.
